Lots of studies have been conducted on the relationship between extracurricular activities and academic performance and they all show that students who participate in them have higher grades, more positive attitude towards college and higher academic aspirations.

The department of commerce had conducted the seminar on “Career Prospect of CS (company sectary)” career Guidance Program organized on 08/12/2021 Wednesday at 11:45AM, at the Seminar hall. Our guest speaker was Mr. Sharad Kankani, CA, CS and CMA. He described about the nature of examination of about programs and how to attempt in company secretary examination in detail. The seminar was conducted in the seminar Hall, in which Students largely participated and gained by the very aim of inculcating the habit of right decision at the right time.

The students were benefited with the knowledge of career and importance of the company secretary as he is the key person in the top management, who is crucial to consult before making policy decisions and certain law compliances by the Board of Directors. The students came to know the role of company secretary that, to keep the records, advice, tax returns and evaluate the legal aspects of the organization.

The Head of Department (Commerce) Mr. Vaibhav shrivastava, and team has accomplished the program well. Lastly the seminar was concluded with the vote of thanks to all who have attended the seminar, including the special guest, Director Father, Principles sir, Assistant Director Father, Vice Principal mam, H.O.D, other Faculties and present students.
